My place is within walking distance to Historic Titusville. You’ll love my place because it's a quick 20 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center, or drive to Playalinda Beach in 25 minutes. Watch rocket launches from riverfront parks, just a 8-10 minute walk. We are cyclist friendly and have a secure indoor area to store your bicycles. We are also LGBT friendly :)

The space
This room has been recently completely updated. It has a private entrance and private bathroom. There is a new, comfortable queen bed, 48” SmartTV, couch, table and chairs. The TV has Netflix and other apps, and it on a mount that can swivel to face the bed or couch. There is also a garment rack and shelves for all your storage needs. Also accessible is a new washer and drying rack. The small kitchenette is equipped with coffee maker, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils and service. The stove top is induction, so there is a small “user guide” by the kitchen to help operate it. A microwave and full size refrigerator is also in the room – inside you will usually find a few eggs from our next door back yard hens (when they are laying).
Fresh bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are provided.
Your room is perfect for relaxing after a nice day at the Canaveral National Seashore. This beach is gorgeous - not developed other than parking lots and bathrooms. This is the perfect place to visit a "natural" beach while visiting Florida. Of course, if you wish to eat/drink at a restaurant with your toes in the sand, I suggest driving to Cocoa Beach or New Smyrna Beach, where you will find tons of restaurants.
For rocket launches, you can see the vehicles take off from the many riverside parks (3 are within a 8-10 minute walking distance from the house). We regularly walk to the river to watch, you are welcomed to join us.
This room is about 500sq feet, and there is plenty of space to bring in beach chairs, bicycles and surf/stand up paddle boards.

Where you’ll be

Titusville, Florida, United States

Located within walking distance to downtown Historic Titusville. There, you will find a brewery, bakeries, local art shops and restaurants. I have a local guide with maps and many menu's from the local restaurants.
I am located 2 blocks from the trail-head of a rails-to-trails which goes North and links up Volusia county (New Smyrna, Daytona, Ormand Beach) to Titusville. It will also link up to the Coast Connector, which is a 260 mile paved path which will lead your from Titusville to St. Petersburg, FL. The path can be used for walking, jogging, biking or skateboarding and skating.
The Max A. Brewer bridge has wonderful views, especially for sunrise/sunset. The base of the bridge is 0.5 miles from the house and many people enjoy walking the bridge. You may also park at Sand Point Park to access the bridge.

During your stay

My cohost Lily and I are always available over the AirBnb messenger app. We live next door and are usually close by – small town, so we are rarely too far away. Please do not hesitate to ask us for any recommendations or if you have any questions. We take care of the vegetable patch in front, come say hi and sample some greens (when in season!)
