RUSTIC FUN IN OUR BARN
Recharge & rejuvenate in nature tucked in perfect seclusion just down the road from Trust & Luck. Camp without the worry of rain scenario hassles.
Ask about catering for a no-hassle stay. We appreciate low key gatherings to ensure a peaceful experience for our other guests. Creek Access, Projector & DVDs, Fire Pit, Tents ok......NOTE you will have WIFI access only from our casa. Booking covers 6 guests w/additional guests @$15 pp/per night.

**WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACTUAL KITCHEN in the barn, but you have access to a small convection oven, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee pot, refrigeration, freezer, sink, charcoal grill, sink, DISHES- plates, fork, knives, drinking glass , coffee cup
You will have access to a gas and charcoal and a large fire pit in front of the barn and a small portable one by the pavillion. There is an electric stovetop in the bar building near the pizza oven. The griddle is for catered meals only. Lighter fluid supplied but BYOB charcoal
Gather your own downed limbs for free, we sell firewood @$7 per 5 pc bundle.
**LINENS/TOWELS Provided FOR 6 GUESTS-Sheets, Pillow, Light Blanket, Bath Towel Additional guests need to bring their own supplies.
**We can have CHILLY NIGHTS & MORNINGS here, so plan accordingly.
**We are DOG FRIENDLY in the barn, HOWEVER, please do not plan to leave your dogs unattended in the barn while you are not on the property. Feel free to discuss your particular situation and we may consider making exceptions if you agree to crate them while you are gone.

BATHROOMS EXPLAINED
The bath house is a separate building just down from the barn entrance accessed by outside stairs in front of the barn. LADIES Room w/4 toilets, 1 shower, 3 sinks GENTLEMEN'S Room w/1 toilet, 1 shower, 1 urinal, 2 sinks The bath house showers are shared by the barn & yurt guests. You may be asked to use the Ladies Room for your group in order for the yurt guests to have privacy using the Men's.

BEDS EXPLAINED
***BEDS- 2 hammocks, 6 twin sleeping pads w/cots & fitted and flat sheet, light blanket, pillow & case, bath towel

We have a covered areas outside the barn- 1) 45x12' just outside the entrance to the barn. You can unload there as long as your vehicle will clear the string lights. Pull thru to park in the field.

PLEASE PRINT & refer to our detailed directions provided on our Airbnb location page and our Mountain Fiesta website , as cell service is spotty and GPS has misdirected some of our guests.
NOTE
Unplugging is great for your health! We have a Verizon cell booster at our casa,(about 1000 yds from the barn) so if you have Verizon service you are in luck to make a call from our front porch. WIFI available from our porch til 9pm. For emergencies, you can use our landline.

The barnyard is well lit. Headlamps and umbrellas are a good idea to pack.
You can walk our meandering gardens. Across the road from our Casa you and your pets can refresh and get your feet wet in the creek and enjoy the bridge hangout. The creek access by the barn across the street is off limits as it is on my neighbor's property.

Other things to note
GROCERY/LIBATION SHOP BEFORE YOU ARRIVE! We also list 3 other Mountain Fiesta Glamping sites on Airbnb. Check them out too. All of our listings would make a great gathering/event compound.

Field Trip Ideas –
*Max Patch is a hike not to be missed only 30 min from here. The views are spectacular.
*The town of Hot Springs(Main Street IS the AT)-has a great visitors' center, nearby hikes in our area makes for outdoor fun for days, hot mineral water fed tub soak, restaurants, gift shops
*Of course, downtown Asheville with its wonders and the famous Biltmore Estate is only 45m away.

I love digging in the dirt and creating peaceful beauty to surround my family and friends. It is our pleasure to share the best we have to offer. Our little slice of heaven has organically grown over time and is in a constant state of change. In its’ past life this property served as a traditional farm then a garden center and now a sanctuary for guests and the place we call home.
