This beautiful 6,000+ square foot log cabin has amazing lake views and is surrounded by mountains and trees on 80 acres. Close to Cascade, Donnelly and McCall with easy Highway 55 access. The property has miles of trails that are excellent for mountain biking and hiking. There is a beautiful spot at the top of the mountain where you can see Brundage, Tamarack and nearly all of Cascade Lake. Nearly unlimited parking spots (room for trailers and toys). Parties and events are not allowed.

This private 80 ranch stretches from Idaho State Highway 55 to the top of the mountains to the east. At your pleasure, you'll be free to roam trails and enjoy scenic hikes or rides that will overlook Cascade Lake; towards Sugarloaf Island. It overlooks Lake Cascade's Sugarloaf Island and is located between Cascade and McCall off of State Highway 55.

**Absolutely no riding of ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles or snowmobiles on the property **
**This is a pet friendly property but we do require PRE-APPROVAL on all pets. Due to the size of the cabin it's a stricter pet policy, so normally dogs that shed a lot are denied due to the amount of time it takes to clean. There is also a pet fee that will need to be paid per a dog**

Guest access
There are a couple of closests that are off limits and contain some personal items, but basically the entire cabin is for your use. There are a couple of out buildings around the property that I'd ask folks to not enter, but the cabin is yours to enjoy.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.


Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ's & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
