This bright contemporary furnished 2 Bedroom - 2 bath ground floor duplex apartment is right across the street from the North end of the beach! Less than a 3 minute walk and you're on the sand! The space
The apartment has a very clean uncluttered spacious design - it does not feel like a typical beach rental - and that's because its not. This is my second home away from home in Los Angeles - I come here to write and create projects - so the apartment is well kept.

There is a 55" flat-screen in the living room where there are two 6' sofas and two upholstered chairs.

You have Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, stove/oven/no microwave. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and has its own private small bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) The main bathroom is a little larger and has shower tub combination.

The second bedroom has twin bed and a small 5' sofa. If you're traveling with two small children they could probably share the twin bed in the second bedroom.

The apartment is very bright - the sun comes into the front area in the morning and then shifts to the back windows in late afternoon until sunset.

You have your own garden space in the back - with a table and 4 chairs and two large patio umbrellas for shade. There is a large gas Bar-B-Q with two propane tanks.

In the shed there are 3 bicycles - (1) Men's 10 Speed (2) Beach Cruisers. There are also 4 Tommy Bahama back pack style beach chairs and several beach umbrellas and a small cooler. You're all set for beach fun.

Uber and lyft service is available to take you anywhere and there is also a bus stop and Trolly stop right on the corner which is about a 45 second walk from the apartment.

You will also have 2 side-by-side tandem parking spaces if you're driving or having friends over - you can fit 4 cars in your spaces.

One of the things I like about this location is the FEEDER ROAD. Right at the corner of our block is a long feeder road the runs about 4 blocks long. If you dont know what a feeder road is - it's a separate road behind the main street that is used mostly just by residents and not a part of the normal traffic on the street.

Its mostly a private road which is great for taking walks, jogging, riding bikes, skateboarding, and scooters where its safe and you are out of the way of the street traffic. The state park is about 7 blocks away and offers a lot of wonderful wooded trails that you can walk through.

The apartment is located in the North end of the beach community which is a lot more private and quiet than the boardwalk area which is crowded with hotels.

The Seashore State Park entrance is only 7 blocks away if you're interested in hiking through the trails.

Also close to the famous Cape Henry Lighthouse that was commissioned by George Washington (they have tours)

And of course you have the entire beach boardwalk that's about 1.5 miles down the road.
