It has a 60-square-meter (about 646 square feet) terrace with a pergola and a great view of Minori and the seascape. Casa Amena takes the upper floor of a beautiful and age-old house surrounded by the green of lemon orchards. It is situated in Minori in a central and panoramic residential area. Minori is an enthralling small town near Amalfi nestled on a narrow valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent moon shape.
From the house and the terrace of Casa Amena, you will feast your eyes on the village of Minori, on the rocky walls rich in verdant lemon cultivations, and on the seascape. The prevailing colors of such splendid panorama are the bright green of lemon orchards and the blue of the sky and the sea.
The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot after going for a pleasant walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and in case you want umbrellas and deck chairs, they are available for rental as well. The beach
is framed by a long public garden (so-called Lungomare) which is a place where you can go for a stroll, sit at the tables of outdoor cafes, or even go shopping.
Minori is famous for its sweet specialties, and you have to try the candies and desserts of its pasticcerias (bakeries)!
You don't need a car during your stay at Casa amena, but if you have one, you can book a pay parking space.
100 meters (about 328 feet) from the house, there are shops and restaurants.
It is also possible to order delivery services from shops.
The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great moments of relaxation outdoors.
You will arrive at the house through a short pedestrian path which consists of 70 steps, including those which lead to the entrance of the house. You will enter a spacious living-room elegantly furnished with a table, chairs, armchairs, and a couch. A small corridor leads to the bedrooms. In one bedroom, you will find a double bed, and in the other, two single beds. From
the double bedroom, you can reach the bathroom with shower. The bathroom actually has two doors, and it is reached from the living-room as well.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge with freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a room with a washing-machine.
The house is elegantly and completely furnished.
Upon request, small pets are allowed into the house.
NOTE: IN HIGH SEASON IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK
From the living-room, you will have access to a large terrace paved in terracotta and furnished with a gazebo, a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The terrace, sun-drenched, overlooks Minori, the sea, and verdant lemon orchards.
You will find it refreshing to spend time on the terrace while enjoying breakfast during the morning and its fresh air and while dining outdoors and delighting yourself with the sweet hours of sunset. On the terrace, you will even find a barbecue corner.

Quel bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer et au village de Minori!
Alfonso was a fantastic host. He met us (me and nephew) at Amalfi to take us to Minori via boat; even though we missed the ferry we were meant to be on from Capri due to an accident and he was great! No problems! Then we were met at the wharf in Minori by Vera who helped to carry our heavy bags up steep stairs - which was great as my nephew was injured and could not carry bags. She was amazing!!! Then we found the house... with its brilliant terrace and set up.... which was ideal! We had meals and drinks on the best terrace in town with views of vineyards, lemon groves and the ocean. Belissimo! We also had a family of 3 kittens to play with while we were there and we named them - Mica, Fabio and Valentina... and their parents Cleo and Fonzie. Alfonso organised a wonderful boat trip for us along the Amalfi coastline, which was a highlight. But at the end of the day we still love Minori and Alfonzo's place the best! We did not want to leave. Thanks so much Alfonzo! Jenni
We had an amazing stay in Minori! Minori is less touristy than some of the other villages and we loved it. The house is very well located and in easy walking distance from the town centre, bus stop and beach. We had some delicious meals on the large terrace. Will certainly highly recommend it!
We had a fantastic stay at Casa Amena. The apartment was wonderfully spacious and uniquely decorated. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We spent hours on the beautiful terrace, looking out at the spectacular scenery that surrounded us. The walkway to the apartment was literally steps from the SITA bus stop, and a very short walk to the markets and cafes, as well as all of the fun walkways that weave through Minori. Alfonso was responsive to our e-mails and very flexible regarding our check-in and check-out times. Though we did not get a chance to meet Alfonso, his assistant Vera was right there when we arrived, and available to assist us throughout our stay. She was an absolute delight. We would highly recommend staying at Alfonso’s apartment; it is the perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi Coast experience.
Many stairs. Apartment was as expected. Clean enough. Some basics in the kitchen.
Tutto perfetto..la vista dalla terrazza è stupenda..ottima base per girare sulla costa..le foto descrivono perfettamente la realtà..;)
La Casa in Minori was so tranquil - the terrace is amazing. The house is large and comfortable but we really spent most of the time (website hidden) girlfriend and I made beautiful meals and ate on the terrace. Minori is one of the least touristy towns of all of the Amafi coast towns- so DONT expect glam- It is a down to earth real Italian village on the water.
It was my 10 time to this coast so I did not need to be in the middle of the tourist hub... But I think for my friend- her first time - she may have enjoyed not having to take a bus everyday to all the other places-
From Minori you can visit Ravello Amafi ,Positano all are between 20 minutes and two hours away...
Our Hosts were amazing, and everything you could ever think of this taken care of!
I would recommend this Casa if you are looking to stay in Minori !
Thank You Alfonso!

I like adventures trips, Amalfi coast has a long tradition in tourism, and when I was 13 years hold I got job in a restaurant, than in hotels, always with tourist and guests, like now. As host, I try to do the best and make happy my guests,
money is important but much important is when the guest speaks good of me, and
also of my place, My motto: good host, happy guest.
