The cottage is located in the middle of Värmlandsnäs and gives you opportunities to stay in nature for walks, picking mushrooms. Proximity to Sweden's largest lake Vänern on 3 sides where it is about 5 km to the water regardless of direction. The beautiful Ekenäs which is about 10 km away at the very end of Värmlandsnäs offers a restaurant. Boat trips start from Ekenäs to an island called Lurö. Lurö is a much appreciated destination where you can stay at wander home overnight if you do not have time to explore the island in a day. Restaurant is also there.
