Situated in a small village 6 miles south of Greenville, Ohio. CAMP COMBS COTTAGE is a two bedroom fish camp built in 1940 with updates. Cozy for warm weather use. Remote controlled fireplace if there is a chill in the air. Property has fishing dock, canoe, row boat and connects to village swimming area on Lake Algonquin. Unfortunately, Camp Combs is NOT pet friendly. WiFi is limited to front porch; water heater is small with good pressure. Peace, quiet and comfort for a night, week or longer!

The space
The area was the birthplace of American Aggregates with 18 man-made lakes. Fishing, canoe, rowboat, and next door swimming available.

Wayne Lakes was formerly the home of American Aggregates Corporation with several man-made lakes. In the early forties, many fish cabins popped up and over the years have been renovated or replaced with new permanent homes. Fred Coppock reclaimed the land that has become Wayne Lakes. Camp Combs is one of the early fish camps and is surrounded by trees, squirrels, and other homes in this unique community. It is a rustic cabin a step up from camping , built in 1940 and is kept as close to its original style as possible. It is our hope that you are comfortable at Camp Combs and find time to relax and enjoy!
