Set in glorious countryside, this accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for a lovely Welsh hideaway. We have the most amazing sunsets and as the hamlet only has one street light we have very little light pollution so star gazing is a must. We have three rooms available in total, one single, one twin bedded room and a studio room which have there own listings. Please contact us for further information or see our separate listings.

The space
Our five bedroom detached house is set in 2 acres of land with magnificent views in a very quiet hamlet, the perfect place to relax and recharge your battery. We are happy for our guests to enjoy the outdoor space and we even have a volleyball pitch for anyone feeling energetic. The coastal path is close by making it a great location for anyone wishing to explore Anglesey and the surrounding area.

The magnificent Lligwy Beach is a very short drive away and Dulas Estuary is even closer. Benllech, Red Wharf Bay, Cemaes Bay, Parys Mountain, Moelfre and Amlwch Port are all in close proximity. Britannia Bridge and the ferry port of Holyhead are approximately 30 minutes drive. For those of you who want a little bit of adventure Snowdonia, Zipworld and Surf Snowdonia are within reach of this property (roughly an hour away or less depending on the traffic). Scuba diving, cycling, fishing and kayaking are also easily accessible from this property.

Guest access
Guests will access the property through the main entrance and the letting rooms are on the first floor. Should we not be available when you arrive a key will be left in the key safe.

Other things to note
Getting Around - public transport is limited and we are somewhat remote. Your own form of transport is essential. The nearest village store is 3 miles away and Amlwch town is 5 miles away. The Pilot Boat public house is approximately a five minute drive away and had recently been refurbished.

Other Things to Note - we have plenty of off road parking. Under cover storage for bikes etc is available. We have kit washing facilities. Washing machine, iron etc are available on request. Please note that we have one friendly dog called Reagan who isn't permitted in the guest bedrooms but we do encourage our guests to meet him so he knows who is in the house. Reagan does not shed hair so is perfect for those guests who may have allergies. It might also be worth noting that there is only one street light in the hamlet so a torch might be useful.

Location

Amlwch, Isle of Anglesey, Wales, United Kingdom

The north coast of Anglesey contains some of the finest beaches in North Wales, alongside rocky coves and dramatic cliffs. Porpoises and seals are commonly seen. It is an ideal location for birdwatching and we are proud to still support a red squirrel population. There is a good mixture of pubs and restaurants to suit all but it's the beauty and drama of the island that brings people back again and again. We are a short drive from Snowdon, Bangor, Caernarfon, the ferry port of Holyhead, Zipworld, and SurfSnowdonia.

Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing. Anglesey is the most amazing place to live and I love having the opportunity to share this wonderful island with as many people as possible. Mike and I spend as much time as we can walking, kayaking and scuba diving. Our perfect beach Lligwy is only 10 minutes drive away. Our dog Reagan loves chasing the seagulls and playing in the sea.
