The house and the room were extremely nice, well prepared on time. walking downtown was not too far about 25 min
I had the good fortune of staying twice with Demi. What a wonderful respite. The room is cozy, furnishings are lovely with a big wooden desk & memory foam mattress. Original artwork throughout the house & so accessible to downtown. I love the yoga studio! & coffee was the best I had is SLC. Thank you, Demi! I can't wait to come back!
My friend and I were here for Sundance Film Festival so our hours are a little irregular. No problem though, because Demi was a great host and made us feel right at home (the chocolate bar is a nice touch!). She showed us around the house and we had a great conversation. Although she doesn't live on site, she's accessible and Anthony, her caretaker is there as well. This house in particular is older but is kept in excellent condition. Thanks Demi :)
I wanted a place to stay within walking distance to the Convention Center. This Spot was perfect for me. The room was 100% as described and clean & comfortable. Although i was working for most of my stay, i did have access to a nice kitchen and living area if needed. Check in and check out were a breeze and communication with Demi was quick and efficient. My very first airbnb stay and a very pleasant one.
This is a rare gem of a place. Well appointed with all the amenities of a truly immersive experience. A sanctuary of the senses, you will not want to stay anywhere else. Demi & Anthony are both amazing, really quick to respond. Anthony lifted the fireplace cover (a beautiful embroidered iron) for us & we even got a fire! Yoga mats & studio space are available. Tucked into an unusual side street, you forget your so central. I really enjoyed my stay here. I look forward to coming back soon & staying longer!
Demi has a beautiful home that was a pleasure to stay in. It was very well appointed and she had several small touches that made it feel extra welcoming- a welcome note, chocolate, fresh fruits, cookies and filtered water. It is also a very clean home.
I would come back next time I am in SLC!
I had a wonderful time with Demi at her home. She was incredibly kindhearted and invited me along to many of the activities she was doing. She took me to her yoga class that she taught and it was absolutely fantastic. Her home was cozy and immaculate and the Garden Room lovely. I was in town for a conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center downtown, and it was easy to access via the busline and close enough to walk. Overall, I the space, location, and lovely host Demi were wonderful.

I have been teaching yoga, meditation and nutrition for 10 years. I lead retreats all over the world and one of my favorite things to do is host and I like to think I'm pretty darn good at it!
I have a 4 yr old daughter who is my sidekick in just about everything. We enjoy walks to the park and library, gardening, singing and dancing.
I love traveling and meeting new people. I used to be a flight attendant and people would always ask me what my favorite place to travel was. My answer was always the same. "It didn't matter so much about the destination, but anywhere I could experience the "local" experience was always the most amazing trip.
I wish Air B and B was around when I was flying, but very excited to be a part of this community.
