Just under a mile to Avalon Fishing Pier and steps from Bay Drive Boat ramp/sound access for breathtaking sunsets. Explore the neighborhood bike/walking path to Wright Brothers Monument, Kill Devil Hill, or the historical museum. Close to shopping, dining, and the ocean. Come, be our guest!

This home is most well suited for 4 guests. However, we will allow 1 guest to sleep on the couch. There are 2 King Beds.
Welcome to our cozy 2 king bedroom charming cottage located less than a mile from the beach! In each room you will find a comfortable king size bed and smart television. Excellent WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stove, oven, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, dishwasher and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils and more, everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You will be provided with coffee and sugar. Also, you will have a new stack-able washer/dryer for your use. In the living space you will be entertained with a new 50" Samsung Smart television, each bedroom has its own smart tv as well. In the backyard you can relax and enjoy the new deck and bar, picnic table, bikes and park style charcoal grill! We do not provide the charcoal and the home is only equipped for streaming, no cable tv.
The cottage is also equipped with beach equipment and bicycles for your use! Biking this neighborhood is AMAZING!! Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the locals favorite Front Porch Cafe for coffee or pastries. Take a very short bike ride to the sound side end of the road and enjoy the neighborhoods private sound front lot for fishing, picnics or watch a beautiful sunset!
The ocean is just across the main road with multiple public accesses, free parking very close by!
Enjoy all of the ornate decorations through out the space which has a rustic cozy magical cottage vibe!
You will have excellent WIFI and great cell phone service in this location. Staying in such a central location in the heart of The Outer Banks, you can enjoy easy access to everything the island has to offer! Enjoy the 4 beach cruisers we have available for your use! 2 men's and 2 women's beach cruisers for you to enjoy the neighborhood bike path that runs along the sound on Bay Drive which leads you to the Wright Brothers Monument! You will literally be steps away from the Bay Drive boat ramp/sound access. Enjoy this area fishing during the day or watching sunsets in the evening. Bring your boat or jet ski! Also you will find beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for use!!
✔ You will be started with a few rolls of toilet paper (2-3), 1 roll of paper towels, 5 trash bags, 1 sponge + dish soap, 6 bath towels/4 wash cloths/1 hand towels/2-4 kitchen towels per reservation. The shower dispenser will be stocked in the bathroom with shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. You will be started with some kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper, starter ground coffee, some sugar packets and some stir sticks. There will be 5 laundry pods and 5 dishwasher pods. Anything more, you will need to provide.
We welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 pets allowed: pet fee is $25 PER pet PER night. Please be sure your reservation accurately reflects your pet count.

There is only one small closet locked for an owners closet... the rest is YOURS!
Other things to note
Please note: Guests using the sofa for additional sleeping arrangements will need to bring their own sheets/blanket, pillow, and bath towel, as linens are not provided for this space. Thank you for understanding!
Trash pick up runs on Tuesdays and Fridays, early morning! Please take can out the NIGHT BEFORE.
You may see someone from our lawn care team come out for a quick trip during your stay to maintain the grass.
Complimentary bikes are also provided for your enjoyment. While we strive to maintain their availability at all times, please understand that on occasion, maintenance may be required, potentially impacting their accessibility until resolved.
Check out instructions will be posted in your Airbnb on the refrigerator and include starting the dishwasher and taking your trash to the outside can. We ask that you do not strip the beds. Towels can be placed in front of the washing machine.
We welcome your furry friends! Pet fee is $25 PER pet PER night. Please be sure your reservation accurately reflects your pet count. A 2nd pet can be considered with additional fee, you must reach out prior to booking for approval. If you bring any pets not listed on your reservation, you will be charged via the Airbnb Resolution Center the pet fees plus an extra $15.
