Paper, clay, paints, fabric, food, wood, nature~ I love to create things through many different mediums! I love anything to do with health, food, design, traveling and nature. In the winter it brings me joy to teach my two daughters how to ice skate. In summer and fall my favorite things are to garden, swim, go blueberry and apple picking and to appreciate living in such a beautiful place. I've been a yoga teacher, started my own kale chip business and now I've moved on to being an Airbnb host and most recently have started creating Light Sculptures. If you'd like to see more sculpture works you can visit me @Lighthesoul . The studio is in the barn and you can peek in if you'd like. I'm passionate about health and healing through food, yoga and meditation and I LOVE talking about it!!!
