This apartment is located near Piazza San Marco in Venice next to the Arsenale: the Arsenale of Venezia is a very large part of the city island and was the heart of Venetian shipbuilding industry. It has one of the first industrial area which introduced the modern concept of factory. I recommend this flat, very good location, no crowded, no doubt if i come back soon to venise, i will try to rent this place.
Arsenale district is very typical.
Alberto is very kind and give us very useful informations, thanks again to him.
The apartment is exactly as described. We found it spotlessly clean and well set up. The beds were comfortable. There was a problem with the heating, so we phoned Alberto who sent someone around almost immediately and it was all sorted out within the hour.
Alberto communicated graciously and clearly throughout, which was a blessing because the first arrivals in our party were very, very jet lagged.
The apartment is perfectly situated for the Biennale. It's close to the Giardini and very close to the Arsenale - which both have free wifi. The Arsenale also has a bag check service - which was very convenient on the last day after we checked out of the apartment.
Finally, do Venice a favor and bring a decent umbrella if you think it's going to rain.Don't even think about buying one from a street tout - they are worse than useless.
The appartment is located on a quiet little campo, in an ideal location -especially if you want to visit the biennale. The accomodation was comfortable and clean, exactly how you'ld like to find it. Alberto responded quickly when we first got in touch, met us at the vaporetto stop and was very helpful. We had a wonderful break in Venice.
Spacious apartment in fantastic location for all things biennale and getting away from usual Venice tourist traps. Alberto was very helpful and all of his recommendations absolutely spot on!
We had a great time in Venice. Alberto was a great host! He met us on time at the Arsenal vaporette and we then took a very short walk to his appartment were he made sure to give us all the necessary information. The appartment itself his ideally located. It is close to all tourist attractions and yet very quiet. The flat is quite big and had everything we needed for our visit. If you visit Venice in fall or winter make sure to ask about the heating system. It works very well but we had to figure it out. I highly recommend Alberto's place for anyone visiting Venice and would definitly go back. Thanks Alberto!
Alberto was a very considerate host, coming to meet us at the Arsenale vaporetto stop, so that we did not get lost on our way the first time. The house was very comfortable and at a great location for all biennale goers.
All in all I would recommend this apartment to all :)
A very nice and quiet place to stay. The apartment is very well located next to the San Marco site. It is very easy to go to the vaparetto stop (lines 1 and 4.2) which is only at a few minutes. So it was a pleasure to live in this area ! And thank you Alberto for your useful advices.

Easy check-in with Alberto's friendly sister, Rosanna. Conveniently located just a vaporetto stop farther than San Marco and out of the way enough not to be too Noisy, this fairly large, airy apartment is a nice find in Venice. In spite of the hot weather, it remained fresh Inside. The weakest points were the inexistent internet connection from within the flat, albeit it worked well when you walked over nearer San Marco together with the rather low debit shower, but the experience was generally very good and probably well above average for Venice. It was a larger place than I expected.
