The space

Located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by red walls, our Riad is a meticulously restored old Marrakchi house conceived to welcome you in the purest Moroccan tradition.
The six rooms, overlooking the courtyard with its beautiful olive tree, are designed in different themes: life, heart, water, food, land and sky, with all the necessary facilities for your comfort.
Enjoy the exquisite Moroccan specialities in the lounges around the pool, or in the comfortable armchairs of the living room with a fireplace and bar.
For an ultimate sensation of tranquillity, admire the starlit sky of Marrakech while savouring the Moroccan pastries and tea on the terrace of the Riad with Berber banquets, solarium, massage room, bar and shower.

We stayed for one night and the room was perfect with clean room and bathroom. We were able to get to the square pretty easily and walk to the mall as well. It was easy to find our way back to the Riad so great location. Stephane was there to greet us and was helpful by giving us a map to see as much as we could for the couple of hours we had in Marrakech.

We had a wonderful time at this riad. The building was beautiful, Stephane and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful, our room was very nice and the A/C worked well, plus we got free breakfast every morning! The riad was quite close to the heart of the Medina without being too close.

Pros: Very clean and a great location. Definitely worth the value we paid. Cons: Breakfast wasn't much and it was a little uncomfortable leaving the key everytime we left the hotel.

Stephane's place was so great we came back for an extra night! It was a good deal and in an ideal location for us, near the market but just outside so we could be dropped off by taxi. Stephane was very helpful with our numerous questions and helped us book two trips.

Pros: Tranquil atmosphere. Spacious room and bathroom. Easy 10-15 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Standard Moroccan breakfast was provided. Pool was pleasant amenity. Cons: The room safe was not working during our stay, but it was our fault for not mentioning it to the staff. Foolish of us to leave money strategically stashed away in our luggage while we were out, but we did not want to walk around the streets of Morocco with hundreds of USD in our pockets. Keys must be left with the staff each time you leave, but this is common in most hotels in Europe. Unfortunately, we discovered our money had been stolen once we had left the riad, and were already in another country about 5 hours laters. I notified Stephane about 16 hours later. Perhaps I should have notified him sooner, but I did not sense urgency in a situation that could not be fixed. Ultimately, a good value for price, accommodation and amenities but obviously never leave money in an unsecure location.

Response from Stephane:
You know very well that the safe works perfectly and you confirmed it in your messages. Why were the safety boxes invented? To avoid this kind of unproven accusation, in a completely easy way. Think about what happened around you and after you left at five in the morning. There are plenty of other places where you could lose your money. Why at home? Since you did not check anything after your departure (just sixteen hours after your first message) I have received more than 15000 people for twelve years and always in the respect of my hosts. Your accusations are too simplistic and too easy. I myself can lodge at your house and tell you that you stole a diamond I had hidden in my sock.....

This is a fantastic place to stay. My friend and I arrived from the states not knowing what to expect. Stephane arranged for cars to pick us up at the airport. The environment was relaxing and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly. Really hard to beat for the price and location.

The riad was wonderful and in a great location! The place is in the medina close to several major sites, but still very quiet. It was very easy to get a taxi to the Bab Doukala mosque and find the riad. Stephane was helpful and friendly. He also serves breakfast!
