Interaction with Guests
I can be very funny as well as very light during your stay based on the fact that I am living here too. Let me entertain you and you will have a lifetime experience visiting Dublin and staying at my place.
Conveniently located in the inner Northside suburb Drumcondra, my flat is only minutes from Dublin city centre by bus or bike, or about 25 minutes on foot. Croke Park is less than 5 minutes walking distance, ideal place for fans of concerts and games. The local pubs, shops and restaurants are just down the road and Fairview Park (one of the most beautiful parks in Dublin after the world's famous Phoenix Park) is less than 900 meters and the sea from there less than 10 minutes walk.
Free off-street parking is included in the price and I can even arrange a resident’s entry permit for match or concert days when the roads are closed to through traffic. 7 minutes walk distance there is a bus stop (Bus 123) that takes you to the centre (O' Conolly) in 6 minutes. The Airport is 20minutes from the apartment by car. If you wish to use the public transportation then you need to take the Bus Number 41 or 16, Bus Stop No. 47 Drumcondra Rd, Drumcondra Station or the Aircoach and stop to Drumcondra, Quinn’s Pub. From both stops the apartment is less than 7 minutes walk, hope it helps.

It was a great wknd staying with Anastazio. The flat is an amazing loft about 30 min walk from the city centre. I think the most humbling is that Anastazio treats you not as a guest but as a friend. I felt so welcomed as I feel visiting friends who I haven't seen for ages. I was lucky to join him for dinner and my advice, if you have this chance, don't hesitate, he is a great cook!
The bottom line, if anyone from my friends will go to Dublin, I will recommend Anastazio as a host.
We spent only one night at Anastazio's, arriving in the evening and leaving at the crack of dawn. In that short space of time Anastazio's personality and hospitality shone through. He was the ultimate host and had us feeling like friends in an instant. His place is very well done up and gave us several ideas for our own home! All in all, his generosity and humility left a deep impression.
Anastazio absolutely deserves the title of Superhost. His directions were great, he offered to make dinner, and we had some good conversation too.
The apartment was comfortable and excellent all around. Everything from the pictures and descriptions was completely accurate. I would definitely recommend Anastazio's place and I would stay here again myself.
Staying at Anastazios place was amazing, thanks a lot for your warm welcome to Dublin and for the extraordinary experience to meet you and stay with you. We had a lot of fun, a great greek dinner and the best cake in the world :) I can highly recommend staying at Anastazios place, the flat is fantastic and very comfortable. It is easy to get to the city center or to get out of the city by train, if you wish to do so. Thanks a lot for being very helpful with information and directions and the good communication during our stay! You are truly a superhost!
Anastazio is a pure gent. He was most welcoming and went out of his way to make my stay a great experience. I was meeting my son for one of the evenings and Anastazio prepared a lovely meal for both of us which was most kind. The apartment is fantastic very comfortable and easy to get to. If you are visiting be sure and visit the local sites in Dublin including Croke Park Stadium. Home of Gaelic Games which is just down the road. σας ευχαριστώ "go raibh maith agat"
I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation last minute, so I did not get to stay with or meet Anastazio. However, he was more than understanding and very kind. We communicated through text and he was very helpful with information and directions. We made plans for me to stay with him the next time I am in Dublin, and looking forward to it! Thank you for being so kind! All the best Anastazio, cheers!
Anastazio was an amazing host. He did everything possible to make me feel at home. The apartment is beautiful (just like in the pictures) and he is a lot of fun to hang out with. Thank you for the warm welcome to Dublin, you really were a superhost :)

Hi there! I'm Anastazio, I am half Greek half Italian and as most of all the Greeks and Italians I am warm and passionate with people. I am positive and easy going person with good manners, romance and very good sense of humour! I just came from Dubai and I would like to have friends in order to help me love Dublin more than I love it now. I am here to make you change your opinion about Mediterranean people that they are only womanisers, some of them maybe are, but I and most of us we can be very good hosts!!! I love traveling, I have been to 43 places (abroad) until now so I can totally understand what you need in order to make your accommodation a pleasant stay and your trip here in Ireland and Dublin a lifetime experience. I love cooking, so if you call over we can exchange some good recipes or cook together and have fun before you start exploring the city and the near pubs! Get to know me well and be ready to live your myth...!!!
