Stroll to the beach just steps from our door along a rustic boardwalk that leads you through pristine, sugary white sand dunes to the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.
The space
**Covid-19 note: For your health and safety, our condo is thoroughly sanitized between guests by our excellent cleaning service, according to strict guidelines, including freshly cleaned linens provided for all new guests.
Our private beach is located 12.5 miles from downtown Gulf Shores, and never overcrowded. It is easy to practice social distancing at our condo with an open air stairwell and private balcony. Our cleaning service is taking extra care and time to thoroughly sanitize our condo between guests, and our HOA is also paying special attention to sanitizing common areas.
Find your inner happy-place and reconnect with family and friends in the comfortable, peaceful environment of our roomy beach condo. This spacious third floor unit provides nearly 1,000 sq. feet of space, with a vaulted ceiling and loft, and accommodates up to 9 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, large closet, flat screen TV, and private ensuite master bathroom. The sunny guest bedroom has a flat screen TV, closet, one queen bed, and one twin bed. The large guest bathroom provides a full bathtub with shower, toilet, and sink. Guests may enjoy waking up in our airy loft room as they lounge in a cozy queen-size bed. There is a comfy pullout sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and dining table in the open concept living room. There is an electric fire place in the living room that provides both ambiance and heat on cool evenings. Visit with family and friends as you prepare meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Small appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, and blender are provided for the convenience of our guests. Two outdoor pools, hot tub, and volley ball court are located in the courtyard adjacent to our condo. If you have a hankering to grill up your favorite meal, you can use any of the outdoor BBQ areas provided in the courtyard as well.

Adult guests may have access to beach stuff, such as carts, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc, in the loft attic room. Guests are cautioned to enter carefully and watch their step. The door must be kept locked at all times when not entering or putting items away. Children are strictly not allowed to enter or play in the loft attic room at any time.
Other things to note
There is a one-time parking permit fee that is paid to our HOA after you book and prior to your arrival. The cost of the parking permit is based on your length of stay: 2-3 Nights=$25, 4-6 Nights=$35, 7-14 Nights= $45, 15+ Nights:=$60. We will send a link after you book. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per unit.
Parking for 3rd vehicle, boat, or RV is available at Ewing Place, L.L.P., located at 9989 State Hwy 180, about 2.7 miles from the Plantation Resort (~5 min). The cost per vehicle is a flat rate of $50, regardless of length of stay.

Our beach condo is located about 12.5 miles west of the city of Gulf Shores off of the scenic Fort Morgan Highway (State Route 180). You will enter the Gulf Shores Plantation (on your left as you’re headed west) and check in with the 24/7 Security Officer in the Guard Building, where your parking pass will be issued (the Plantation resort charges a $20 per vehicle registration fee.
Our guests have full access to all amenities: free Wifi and cable television, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, 8 pools (2 heated indoor and 6 outdoor), tennis and shuffleboard courts, sand volleyball pit, saunas, steam room, gyms, BBQ areas with charcoal grill pits and tables, putting green area, and dedicated boardwalk access to the beach.
The Sassy Bass Island Grill, located on site, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with down-home friendly service, and a panoramic view of the beach from their huge picture window. They also sell coffee and ice cream.
The award-winning Kiva Dunes 18-hole Golf Course and Kiva Grill are just a short walk from our condo. There are also several other restaurants within close proximity to the Gulf Shores Plantation resort where you can enjoy lovely meals served with coastal Alabama hospitality (list and menus are provided in our guest information binder).
