The house is great, all the privacy and comfort you want and it is clean as you expect. The garden is wonderful, Tosi has the touch for it. She serves a very good breakfast, with the best ingredients.
Tosi speaks fluent English, that made it easy to communicate.
She has very nice hints for restaurants with very good italian food, and the tour we made with Elena Riccione was fantastic.
Tosi offers you the possiblity to see a lot of the Italian way of live.
The people you will meet bij Tosi are all special, in a nice way.
It is possible to come there without a car, but it won't be easy, You will also hear planes, not very loud, but they come over. The wifi isn't steady all the time, it worked enough for us.

I sing, farm, cook, and keep the white elephant of this paradise, flourishing.
I am a sort of guardian of this sacred place , an etruscan necropolis set up on the hill below the house.
Its a beautiful spot that I am entrusted to share with others to keep it known ... and sustained. Hope to see you soon! best, tosi
