Recently renovated cottage with hardwood floors, brand new kitchen and appliances, central A/C and heat, and new furniture located in a quite friendly neighborhood within a short walking distance to Covell’s and Craigville beaches. Minutes driving to stores, Cape Cod Mall, and Hyannis Main St. district, as well as train and bus Stations, and Water Terminal. Great for single or multi-family state! Complimentary beach pass for one car is included!

The space
In addition to one king bedroom and one Queen bedroom, third room has two twin-over-full bunk beds (great for either a kids room or an adult room). Living room has two large sofas, one of which can become a Full bed if desired.
In addition to 1.5 baths, there is an outside shower with cold and hot water. Spacious outside deck is furnished with deck furniture for 6 as well as large retractable umbrella to keep you in the shade when you desire.

Quite, friendly, walkable neighborhood away from major roads with minutes walking to Covell’s and Craigville beaches. Kids playground is walking distance towards the beach. Large school playground, as well as supermarket is 4 minutes driving. Famous Craigville Pizza is a walking distance away and always available for delivery!
