This hillside villa sits atop 36 acres of untouched land at 6,000-ft. elevation! Enjoy dark skies & enchanted vistas stretching over 100 miles with 4 real seasons of extraordinary weather. Herds of deer, flocks of turkey, & migrating birds roam freely throughout the landscape. A quick 30-minute drive to nearby Marfa and Alpine, this property is a true secluded paradise where year-round hiking adventures await!

The space
This is a 1,700 sq. ft. Ranch style home made of classic stucco, concrete tile, and wood. Built in 2016, it features 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. Each room comes equipped with high-end queen beds, and each restroom carries full, walk-in showers. Every inch of the villa offers unparalleled views of the Davis Mountains.

Guests will enjoy each of the 2 Patio-Decks and fireplaces (1 indoor, 1 outdoor). The living room has a large, 50" Smart HDTV and a cabinet full of board games, card decks and dominos for laid-back family fun.

There is an Attached carport and plenty of parking on site for up to 8 vehicles.
