Welcome to my brand new built home in Torrance! Conveniently located near the LAX, 110, 405 Fwys. Only take 15-20 min to Long Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach and Venice by driving. Surrounded by various markets, restaurants plaza, and shopping malls. The house is in a very safe community. Almost 3000 sqft with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. And we have the most comfortable temperature. Usually the indoor temperature are between 67-73 degrees without air conditioning all year round.

The space
SMOKING, PARTYING, and BRING EXTRA GUESTS without notifying in advance are strictly prohibited. Under these circumstances, you will be asked to leave immediately and rent will NOT be refunded.

The new house is built in 2019:

• 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms newly decorated house. Stylish and spacious. Located in a very convenient neighborhood.

• It's a 3 floor building. There is one bedroom on the 1st floor. Master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Another bedroom is on 3rd floor.

• 1st floor: Spacious living room with direct TV service. Full equipped kitchen, dining area and a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom .

• 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room. Master bedroom is large equipped with king size bed and a sofa bed, an office desk. While the other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed in each .

• 3rd floor is a loft with a queen size bed, office desk and a full bathroom.

In addition, an inflatable bed and a crib can be provided.

• Garage is available. You can park 1 car in the garage. And drive-thru can park 2 cars. The street allows free parking.

We do have a smart lock and guest use it to check in. The house not have cameras inside the house.
