Four blocks from the beach, this home is suitable for families & friends. AC, Granite counters and gas stove. Large walk out deck & yard. Two bedrooms with real beds, each with doors to a bath. Sunporch is great playroom for kids.

- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. Both bedrooms have bathroom access.
- Main Bath with tub and ensuite bath with 4 ft shower.
- Close to the beach - an easy 4 blocks
- the entire back half (outside the fence) is your private parking lot. You won't find this abundance of parking near the beach.
- Hairdryer and Iron
- Please note - "toddler bed"/ "crib is a pack-n-play.

Neighborhood highlights

OB is close to the airport and you will hear the planes as they take off. They run from 6:30 in the morning - 11:00 at night. Please read the reviews to get a sense of it and determine if it would bother you.

Ocean Beach is San Diego's most laid back beach, with great surfing and one of the County's only dog beach areas. We're a diverse, close-knit community known for it's hippie-vibe. We're not "pristine" so if you're looking for that kind of thing we may not be the ideal neighborhood. Like all of San Diego's beaches we are dense with people and you'll find all kinds here. One thing I can promise is that we are authentic and if you like the idea of the beach, shops and restaurants right outside your door then you'll fit right in.
Every Wednesday night we host a farmer's market with fresh, organic produce and live music. We are home to the West Coast's longest concrete pier. Right next to the pier, the tidepools begin, which are a treat for young and old alike. We get treated to free viewings of the Seaworld summer fireworks, and this is definitely the place to base yourself if you plan on visiting the park. Newport Ave is home to funky shops, independent restaurants and bars, and a small antique row. Sunset Cliffs is San Diego's best known spot for watching the sunset and it's a short distance from your door.
