(PARTIES NOT ALLOWED). A beautifully restored 1879 Victorian home, spacious four bedrooms, three baths in the heart of the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans. We updated this spacious house to be cozy and functional, while honoring the original beauty and history of the home.
The space
Four separate bedrooms are cozy and calm, furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary pieces from New Orleans and beyond. The sun-drenched modern living room features a pull-out sofa to provide extra sleeping arrangements as needed. Covered outdoor deck and yard provide a relaxing refuge from the busy activities of a New Orleans day.

Guests have access to the whole home, porches and yard!
Other things to note
If you plan to use the sofa bed, please tell host so that they can leave additional sheets and pillows out for use.
Please note: hurricane season in the Atlantic officially begins June 1 - Nov. 30. If you are planning to visit New Orleans during this time hurricane season, you should be prepared to evacuate in the case of serious weather and/or a mandatory evacuation as ordered by the City. Historically August and September bring the most wind and water. If booking in during Hurricane season please have a hurricane plan in mind (e.g., a reliable form of transportation out of New Orleans and a confirmed safe destination). Under no circumstances will you be allowed to stay in the home during a serious hurricane event.
