A charming, cozy studio apartment nestled in the heart of tree-lined Boerum Hill, one of Brooklyn's most sought after neighborhoods. A 5-minute walk to every subway line provides easy access to all parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn. The space is well-lit and unique with a 20 ft wood beamed ceiling, a newly renovated bathroom and shower, ample closet and changing room space, and a spacious loft. Close to amazing restaurants and bars, but also quiet and delightful. You'll want to move right in!

The space
Your own entrance from the street will provide you with all the privacy you need. There is a small fully equipped kitchen, a queen size bed with a top rated organic cotton mattress by Nest Bedding, luxurious Brooklinen sheets, and Sonos sound. The loft boasts a twin bed - perfect for a third traveler or child - and is additionally outfitted with yoga mats and props, a great way to relax and restore after a busy day walking the city streets.

The kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials - a pour over coffee maker, drip brewer, toaster oven, tea kettle, single induction burner, and refrigerator with freezer.

Boerum Hill is a small, but ideally situated Brooklyn neighborhood just over the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges lined with rows of beautiful trees and landmark townhouses. There are amazing independent boutiques, restaurants and bars located along several main commercial streets. There are numerous world class coffee shops and bakeries, a Whole Foods market just 5 minutes away, and Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park nearly one mile away. Walking along Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade to DUMBO are great excursions, as well as crossing the famous Brooklyn Bridge - all with picturesque views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and Barclays Center are also just a short walk away where you can catch amazing concerts, dance shows and more.
