Enjoy your stay on the main floor of my 2-story home in the heart of PTC, where you have easy access to shopping, parks, and the golf cart path.

Please note that the “entire place” is only the top floor of the house. I live downstairs and there is a locking door between floors. We don't share any spaces inside the house. Laundry is available upon request.

Also for rent is a golf cart, bikes, and a 2 person kayak. Free rides to and from the airport when possible. Have a great trip!

The space
The decorative style is simple and uncluttered with an open floor plan in the main area. There are new wood floors, a huge back yard, and a deck. The in-law suite on the bottom floor is sometimes occupied by myself, but has a separate entrance and a locking door between floors for privacy. Unless you need me for something, you will hardly know I'm there.
