Getting around

Free city circle tram is a moment away from the front door and regular trams and trains are only a few minutes away.

Other Things to Note

There is no car park with the apartment. Street parking is free overnight and Crown casino offers reasonably priced parking and is only a short walk away.
There is no wifi in the apartment but can be obtained from cafe downstairs when it is open and is available in numerous places around the city.

  • Q18 was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Melbourne. We found the apartment to be spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The location of the apartment is fabulous. Within walking distance to all popular CBD locations, laneways and shops. It is also close to trams and Flinders St station if you wish to venture further out. Toni was a great host. She posted the keys to me before leaving for Melbourne and was easy to contact if we had any questions. Would highly recommend her apartment and would love to stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

  • Wonderfully clean and spacious apartment in a prime location to the south bank area and easy access to the free tram and Flinders St station.

    Helpful and organized host who sent the keys to me early in case she could not receive me in person. Will highly recommend to families looking for a good apartment in Melbourne city.!

    We actually mistakenly left something back in the apartment after check out - and Toni kindly offered to let us back in to pick our forgotten items!

  • Toni's flat was within 5 minutes walk to Federation Square where we attended a wedding, so it was the perfect location for us. It is also only a few minutes walk to all the fabulous laneway eateries. Our 17 month old son was with us as well as our inlaws and we found the unit spacious and well-equipped. Toni kindly organised a portacot, highchair and stroller which made travelling/packing a lot lighter and easier. Our overall experience was great and I'd recommend her unit to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance to most things the city can offer. I just wish we could have stayed longer :)

  • Toni was a great host and her apartment was perfect for our stay in Melbourne. Located in the city center next to all the transit you need, very comfortable for our 4 guests and extremely clean. Not a big deal since there is wifi available at most cafés, but there is no wifi provided at the apartment. Also, her kitchen is well stocked for cooking, but you may want to buy paper towels/napkins for clean up, etc. I would recommend her apartment to all visiting Melbourne!

  • After an initial hiccup on communication, this was a very positive experience. Toni obviously has a well refined process for renting out the apartment so that it's easy for her guests. The location of the apartment is 10/10 - can't say enough good things about it if you want to be in the thick of it. There was a bit of noise from the streets outside, but amazingly little given the location. The apartment itself is very good - quite spacious, good facilities, very comfortable. The bed off the living area + a separate bedroom worked well for us with a young child, but it might not suit everybody.

  • Toni's Melbourne property is centrally located and in a lovely building. Our family was very comfortable in this location and I would recommend the apartement to anyone travelling to Melbourne. Lots of helpful information about the city was available to us thanks to Toni!

I am an Office Manager at a Chiropractic family business. I have a son living in London, a daughter in Edinburgh and another in Darwin so spend a lot of time travelling to visit them all. One son is actually close by thank god for him! Our apartment was originally bought for the children to live in while all studying to become chiropractors - well they are all done now so we have turned it into a shortstay rental and enjoy staying there ourselves when it is available.
