Every inch has a story and you will enjoy the unique artwork or relaxing on the deck that bolsters views of the Ozarks and the Razorback Greenway. Whether it’s people watching or enjoying the outdoors from behind the wall of windows, this one of a kind tiny home will not disappoint. Explore Dickson or the UofA, just a short walk away.

The space
The space is a one of kind unique custom built tiny home. It has all the amenities of a conventional home (kitchen, bathroom, hot water) but with a unique twist. Open up the sliding doors and enjoy people watching and all the Ozarks’ have to offer. Our tiny home is decorated with unique artwork collected from our travels around the world. It is really true what they say “big things come in small packages”

Guest access
Guest will access to the entire space including the wrap around deck.

Other things to note
WE HAVE PUT IN A FIBER OPTIC MODEM AND WIFI recently and the internet is lighting fast. Prior issues with the WIFI have been resolved with switching providers and upgrading tech from Cable to Fiber Optic. Rest assure the internet is lighting fast and strong now.

Also, given the proximity of the property to the public bike trial a Nest Camera is set up to monitor only the driveway to ensure the safety of guest and their personal belongings.
