This place is specifically intended for young people, interns or a J-1 work abroad participants visiting Paris for 1 to 6 months. The atmosphere here is friendly and social and I tend to have people from all over the world. if you consider that place like a city hotel, this place is not for you and you will be more happy in a real hotel.
I am a young entrepreneur coming from Belgium. I have co-funded a company in Paris offering ecological transportation with e-bikes ((website hidden)). I am staying the week in Paris and come back every friday to brussels. That's why I am convinced that I can rent one room during the week and the whole flat during the week-end from friday night to monday. There is always belgian beer in the fridge for the guest:-)

in less than 5 minutes you access the champs elysées by the metro line 1 (called les sablons).
I hope you will contact me for further information.
Thank you Michael for constantly checking that I was alright :) I was indeed!
Did not get the WiFi, but did not ask either ;), so make sure you ask and the fact that it is on the ground floor was personally a disadvantage for me, as I like to have the window open and there was the street and party outside, but if you don't mind, it is very nice.
The appartment is great and the very stylish- love the artwork - Michael has a great taste and everything was clean and immaculate, towels were there and all I needed. Can highly recommend the place!
