My place is in a nice village of Panglao near the plaza and is walking distance to the market and the 7-11 Store. A fitness gym is located above 7-11 Store. La Familia Restaurant and local cafeterias are nearby. Sorry, I do not serve breakfast or meals. I have Wi-Fi in the house and hot & cold water shower. My place is 4.8 km (10 minutes by tricycle) to Alona Beach and 3 km (5 minutes) to Moadto Strip Mall.

The space
Casa Alegre is located 10 minutes away from Alona Beach in the town center of Panglao. It is only a two minute-walk to the little pier that has a boats going to Balicasag and Virgin Islands where you can enjoy the nice white sand beach. It is 5 minutes away by tricycle to Moadto Strip Mall in Doljo Beach. There is 7-11 Store where you can get personal stuff that you might need. A fitness gym is just above the 7-11 Store. All rooms have air-conditioning system, hot water shower, and a small kitchen. I have four rooms in all.

The neighborhood is within walking distance to the market. There is a weekly Farmer's Market every Saturday and Sunday. There is also a restaurant about one-minute walk in front of the plaza called LA Familia. There are pharmacies and bakeries nearby in front of the plaza/church. There is a fruit stand in front of 7-11 Store (Arcom Building). You can catch the buses to Tagbilaran or to Aona town in front of Arcom Center (7-11).

I am now based in the laid-back island of Panglao in Bohol where you can spend the days snorkeling, diving, swimming, paddling and much more and at night relax at the bars at the beach.
