Welcome to The Highlands: Louisville's most eclectic walkable neighborhood. Stroll to local shops, trendy restaurants, parks, bars, & breweries—some just a stone's throw away. The condo is four blocks from Bardstown Road's vibrant nightlife, ensuring peaceful sleep away from the 4AM buzz. Ideal central base for exploring attractions or bourbon distilleries. Minutes from downtown, NuLu, expo center, I-65, and airport.

The space
Enjoy 1700+ sq feet of space all to yourself. Start by walking in to the condo with a private entrance, just a few steps away from your two reserved off-street parking spaces which is rare in this area!

On the first floor, you'll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65' Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

Each bedroom has access to their own full size bathroom and shower.

There is 1 large sectional couch downstairs, a 2nd sofa in the dining room, and an air mattress available.

100% of the cleaning fee goes towards hiring professional cleaning. I also provide high quality individual sized toiletries for sanitary purposes.

Plenty of entertainment. Books, board games, Blu-Rays, PlayStation 4 and NES classic w/ 100+ games. Streaming services logged in ready for you to use are: YouTube TV which provides all local+premium cable channels, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, Paramount+, Apple Music, & SiriusXM. All TVs feature latest technology & can be mirrored from phone. Speakers with Alexa in every room for playing music, turning on Phillips Hue color lights, asking questions, etc. For peace of mind with your valuables, condo features 24/7 monitored alarm.

Check in 3:00PM. I do my best to accommodate earlier times if unit is already cleaned. Check out is 11:00 AM. Sorry...NO PETS due to allergies & absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the unit. Any smoking urges can be fulfilled on your private patio, parking lot, or a walk around the lovely neighborhood.

Please have a little etiquette. To prevent out of control ragers, NO LOCALS unless you receive approval from me prior to booking.

Directly next to the condo, you have Awry Brewing. Across the street is a 1947 neighborhood dive (Barret Bar) + a liquor store. For brunch, 300 feet down the road is Big Bad Breakfast. Welcome to an eclectic neighborhood featuring iconic attractions and night life. You are within walking to Restaurant Row/Bardstown Rd, voted Louisville’s greatest street. You won’t be seeing any hotels so you can enjoy the local culture at reasonable prices. Lastly, you have Germantown, Paristown, and Cherokee Triangle on the border with downtown/NuLu only 2m away for other derby city attractions.
