The Brazos B & B is located 2 miles from Washington on the Brazos Historical Park, on 18 rolling acres. We are nestled among mature live oaks with organic gardens, & flower beds with native Texas perennials that draw butterflies & birds. The Tree Top suite has a private balcony entrance, king bed, sofa bed, butler's pantry, large flat screen TV with Dish TV, DVD & wireless.
Your stay includes a delivered, full breakfast. We are near antique shopping, wineries & many area activities.

The space
You may enjoy your meals in your suite or on your private balcony. Your suite has a butler's pantry with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & dishes. Your balcony has a gas grill. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars or take a walk on our trail enjoying the wildlife. Come and get away from it all!

Our B & B is located in beautiful Washington County near the birth place of Texas.
We are a rural B & B just one mile off hwy 105. Our neighborhood is very quiet with hardly any road noise. You will be able to see and enjoy the stars since there aren't any city lights. We are centrally located with antiques, wineries, music venues and many historic sites just minutes away.

I was introduced to the hospitality industry, when I opened the "Brazos Bed & Breakfast" in our home in February of 2006. We have our "Tree Top" suite listed here on Airbnb. We also have our larger Texan suite just below the Tree Top suite.
They may be booked together, as there is an inside stairway connecting them when guests know each other. I love hosting, gardening, cooking and entertaining, really anything that includes people.
