New Swamp Cooler installed! Private bed room with twin bed, side table, and a clothing rack. Window faces the Apache reservation. Lots of extra amenities included in shared space.

The Common Grounds Collective is a new homesteading co-operative in San Manuel AZ.
This year we've begun renovations to improve our space! Once complete, we'll comfortably house 6-8 guests at a time, but in the meantime, 1-3 guests can enjoy our million dollar views and interesting homestead-away-from-home!
