WEEKEND RESERVATIONS:
Three night MINIMUM is required on all weekends. Friday and Saturday MUST be booked together. Weekends are our most popular time in the city, which is why we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together. We have this rule due to the fact that it makes the other weekend night almost impossible to book if it is split up.

We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. We hire cleaners that not only work hard, but are family and friends of ours. They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not some major company paying their workers minimum wage. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know and we will address it immediately!

The Townhouse is located in East Nashville. Minutes from dining and music and only 4 miles from Downtown/Broadway.
East Nashville is an area of creative and artistic flair. Although it is VERY accessible to downtown there is so much to do here you may not even want to go. It has a trendy progressive atmosphere and after ten plus years of a slow and steady rise, the neighborhood has managed to keep its eclectic, artsy vibe while welcoming a diverse mix of newcomers. Like it attracted many in the late 19th century, it continues to attract young urban professionals and liberal minds because of the easy-going environment and quaint neighborhood qualities. There are many coffee shops and art galleries interwoven within the neighborhoods making it a biker's or walkers' paradise. We love it here and suggest you take advantage of the local, independently owned shops, restaurants and sites!
