Guests will enjoy our renovated duplex with a private entrance in the trendy Cooper Young area. You will be located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of midtown. If you want to see what it is like to live in Memphis you should stay here! You will be within walking distance of restaurants, drinks, night-life, rental bikes, scooters and parks.

The space
All the modern conveniences are available in this 100 year old historic home. Coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks are provided. If guests prefer to cook, a convection hot plate is available along with a microwave, mini frig and toaster. An electric tea pot is provided for guests that like "real tea".

Don't forget to save some time to take a long relaxing soak in the refurbished claw-foot tub. This antique tub represents the original spa experience!

If you are traveling with friends the unit next door is available. The two units provide privacy but functionality for a being together.

Guest access
The unit has a private entrance and back door to the yard. The house has one parking space that is available on a first come first serve basis. If the space is already taken please park on the street. Street parking is common in Cooper Young and there is normally a space very close to the front of the house.
