About This Listing
This very nice studio apartment was reburbished just 5 years ago and, like every Buenos Aires' vintage buildings, it has high ceilings. It is located in the historical Recoleta district and offers living-dining area with a sofa-bed, a bedroom area with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and one nice bathroom with shower. Also is equipped with Internet (WiFi), satelital TV, air conditioning (cool and heat), fridge, microwave, dishes, kitchenware, sheets and towels. The area is surrounded by many parks, museums, cultural centers, pubs and bars, coffee-shops and good restaurants. Just 6 blocks away from subway (Aguero Station), 20 minutes by bus to downtown and San Telmo or 10 minutes to Palermo Soho and Hollywood The flat is on the 1st. floor in a beautiful building (no lift available).
Just 5 blocks away from the apartment you will find Recoleta's "heart", which usually reminds to Paris or Madrid (i'm not joking, actually there are some parts that were built as a copy of the French capital).
Neighborhood is plenty of places to go around just walking: the Recoleta's Cemetery, where Eva Peron's grave is located; Fine Arts and the Xul Solar's (one of the best argentinian painters) museums. You can also eat some great Argentinian northern food at "La Aguada" or a delicious pizza at Romario.
Just crossing the street there is "Sette Bacco", an excellent italian restaurant where you can eat pasta, pizza, "risotto" or meat, combined with great wines. There is also a good cafetaria half a block away, where you could eat some "medialunas" (argentinian croissant) with a tasty coffee.
The rate includes everything: gas, electricity, water, phone and internet. Maid service is included, once a week, in rentals over 10 days.
Late check in (from 00 to 08): US 20
I expect to find the apartment as delivered, I mean: clean and neat.
Please take special care with the towels, usually stained with makeup, if Icannot clean them I will have to charge you
Smokers: please try to do it near balcony or windows
Remember to turn off lights and AC every time you leave the place, and also try to set AC`s temperature in 24º to save power energy.
Like in any apartment building, everyone is expected to be considerate with regards to noise, especially after 10 pm from sunday to friday

Everything was fine with the flat: the location is great to visit everything and amenities were good. The flat was clean and cosy. The shower was perfect and I felt very safe. There is lots of space and storage and the internet connection worked perfectly well!
A localização do apartamento é excelente.

Musician, former sociology student, current journalism student and River Plate fan. As I was born in Venezuela but have lived in Argentina since 11 I`m familiarized with many cultures and life styles.
