Interaction with Guests
I help guests with everything they need, whether before, during and after your stay. I have thousands of recommendations of things to do both in the neighborhood and the city in general. I am an active host.
The place is conveniently located in the Palermo district, just two blocks away from Santa Fe Avenue, the Alto Palermo shopping center and the Aguero metro station (from which in 15 minutes you will be in Plaza de Mayo and San Telmo). The area is also surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee-shops.
Aguero station from line D of the subway (aka "subte") is just 3 blocks away.
If you want to go to Palermo Soho or Palermo Hollywood just take the subway or bus and will be there in 10 minutes. These 2 neighborhoods have grown a lot in the last 20 years and represent the "New Buenos Aires". You will find restaurants, pubs, discos, clothing stores, perfoning arts centers, street art and more.
Other Things to Note
The place is ideal for students, since the University of Palermo and UBA are located at 5 and 15 minutes respectively.
I expect to find the apartment as delivered, I mean: clean and neat.
Please take special care with the towels, usually stained with makeup, if Icannot clean them I will have to charge you
Smokers: please try to do it near balcony or windows
Remember to turn off lights and AC every time you leave the place, and also try to set AC`s temperature in 24º to save power energy.
Like in any apartment building, everyone is expected to be considerate with regards to noise, especially after 10 pm from sunday to friday
The apt was as described & very clean with all amenities . Unfortunately, the wifi did not work for a couple of days. It did get fixed. Martin paid for my coffee bar bills where I was able to use wifi. He was very apologetic and kind. The apt is a great location & he provides many recommendations & tips. I very much enjoyed my stay.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a condo building at the back, therefore it was very quiet. Everything was as described. Martin was helpful when the wifi broke down and set up a workable solution as we had to remain in contact with the office. The wifi repair came on our last day and things worked perfectly. Have to compliment Martin on taking the time and his parents were super helpful. We would definitely stay again..thanks Martin. One thing to keep in mind...the telephone system prefixes are unusual and depending on where you come from, you cannot reach the local numbers easily. We found a helpful passer by who called Martin for us..perhaps look up dialing codes when you are still at home and give it a try.
Martin and his family welcomed me very well. I felt like I've already knew each other before. The apartment is really incredible and I had a GREAT time there. It was exactly as described. 5 stars to the bed, which was really nice and comfortable.
Lovely and quiet place at a great location near Diaz and Santa Fe. Checkin was smooth and Martin and his family made us (couple from Amsterdam) feel welcome. The fridge broke down, but was replaced by a new one by Martins father straight away. Very nice man by the way, we chatted for half an hour. Stayed here for two weeks while doing our Spanish course. Icecream around the corner is heaven. Subte (metro) nearby and a list of restaurants etc provided by Martin. Would definately stay here again! Thx Martin.

Musician, former sociology student, current journalism student and River Plate fan. As I was born in Venezuela but have lived in Argentina since 11 I`m familiarized with many cultures and life styles. I`ve travelled all around the world since a kid (Europe, US, Caribbean, South America). Big interest in music (rock, folk, reggae, bossa nova, tango, cumbia, funk, hip hop, electronic...), movies (big fan of Tarantino) football (soccer) and reading.
I have lots of recommendations for my guests! restaurants, football matches, typical touristics spots, tango, live music, parks, clothing stores, cool places in the suburbs and many more.
