Newly Renovated farmhouse inspired basement suite with totally private space (no inside access from house to suite). Located in scenic Boonsboro on a cul-de-sac off the beaten path, but just a short drive to Boonsboro Country Club (2mi), Liberty University (10mi), University of Lynchburg (8mi), Randolph College (6mi), Historic Rivermont (6mi) and Downtown Lynchburg (8.7mi).
The space
We've just completed this newly renovated portion of our basement and are proud to offer you our guest suite! With private keypad entry, comfy queen bed, cozy sofa, electric fireplace, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, TV with Roku access, wifi, and full bathroom, including a beautifully tiled shower, we hope you'll find our place the perfect home away from home.
Guest access
Our guest suite is located in the basement of our family home. It is completely private with only one entrance and exit exclusively for our Airbnb guest. Parking is located right outside of the Airbnb door. We will respect your privacy during your stay but are close by should you need assistance via text or in person.
Other things to note
A lot of care was taken to soundproof the guest suite as much as possible, but you can expect to still hear us from time to time upstairs. We do provide a noise machine and earplugs.
Upon arrival, we will ensure the temperature of the suite is comfortable for your stay. We've recently added an electric fireplace for additional warmth along with extra blankets.
