Our home is a unique mountain estate in a secluded location overlooking Constantia.

Moons Mill is surrounded by forest and enjoys wonderful views over Cape Town and the Hottentot mountain range.

There are three unique houses on an acre plot. Our family house, staff accommodation & The Pavilion which we rent to guests.

We rent The Pavilion which is a modern three bedroom property with games room & direct access to a swimming pond and water flume.

The space
The Pavilion has one large master bedroom with ensuite shower, dressing room & an external bath. This sits on the upper level of the building and has a wonderful view of the swimming pond. A full kitchen and living room offer separate catering & relaxing lounge areas separate from the main house. The entire floor is surrounded by a wooden deck offering views of the lemon orchard & large swimming pond.

On the ground floor of the Pavilion there are two further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a large games room. All rooms have direct access to the swimming pond.

One of the highlights of the property is the swimming pond which is located alongside a large mountain rock. The pool itself is naturally filtered and is thirteen metres across & two metres deep in the middle.

Private parking is available for up to six cars and there is an abundance of outdoor space on the acre plot.

Guest access
When hiring Moons Mill you access the property through a private gate at the bottom of the property.

The Pavilion has three bedrooms and can accommodate eight guests at maximum.

Other things to note
Fast fibre is available at the property & we have power backups to ensure that you always have electricity in case of load shedding.

We have a domestic cleaner and a house manager who will manage your stay.

Further cleaning services are available on request for the guest's account.
