Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with medieval water castle and Romanesque church between forest and wine district near Eggenburg.
Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen.
Sleeping area with curtain divisible.
Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal.

The space
Cozy, quiet, south-facing larch wood room with 140 x 200cm bed and small, full kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
Accessible via the quiet courtyard with private entrance. A closed garden area with hammocks, grill and garden furniture for you. Sleeping area with curtain separable from the kitchen.
For children there are books, games, toys, a large clay court in the courtyard and for the somewhat larger ones behind the house a stream through our own land. We are happy to provide a 190cm bed or a baby cot.
