The cottage is beautifully located near Klövsjö-Vemdalen mountain areas (about 8 minutes drive from Katrina mountain resort, 15 min. to Storhogna , 20 min. to Vemdalsfjällen) with well-prepared slopes, cross-country skiing tracks, many restaurants and cafés.
In summer there is 18-hole golf course (considered one of Sweden's most beautiful), 9-hole course and restaurant about 5 min. from the cabin. In Rätan, 15 min. from the cottage, there is a bathing facility with three temperate outdoor pools and service facility. Fishing waters are close by.

The space
The cottage consists of a bright and fresh living room with TV, DVD and a large sofa bed, with nice and good sleeping places for two adults. There is a large newly built bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping alcove with single bed. The kitchen is well equipped and fresh, with new appliances (stove with oven and glass hob, fan, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker etc.). Of course, the cottage also has toilet and shower. Outdoor there is a patio (terrace) and barbecue area.

In Svenstavik, half an hour drive from the cottage, there are a number of shops, cafes, system companies, big sea monster centers (interactive big sea monster spotting- can be fun for children), etc. In Åsarna on the way to Svenstavik there are ski centers with ski museum, restaurant and an outlet shops for clothes, outdoor clothing/shoes and other outdoor items. To the nearest town, Östersund it takes about 1.5 hours to drive.
