The Space

Enjoy Historical Land Park and the serene tree lined neighborhoods of the city, ... Did you know Sacramento has more trees per capita than any other city except Paris? It's true

This space boasts gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. A galley style kitchen with new appliances & marble counter tops as well as stack-able washer and dryer. There are two well lit bedrooms with ceiling fans and one full bath. Living room has a new chocolate color fabric sectional. A wood burning fireplace and a 10' vintage shuffleboard table! Hammock and reclining lawn chairs are available and perfect for reading, relaxing, basking in the afternoon sun, or (email hidden) or glass of wine.

The master room has an extremely comfortable memory foam cal-king bed. The Super Hero room/office has the same type of bed in a full size.

If you enjoy a good workout there are many work out videos available, yoga mats, free weights, pull-up bar and a Ugi ball. Enjoy a walk or run on the near by trails or just around beautiful Land Park!

Sacramento's Land Park is famous for its tree lined streets that allow the warm sun to peek through. There are several parks near by to relax and read a book or play a round of golf. Land Park golf course is the oldest golf course in the city. If you should choose to bike, walk or long board and go explore, you're only about a 15 minute walk to the American River and downtown Sacramento, "the city of trees". Because of the high number of parks in and around the city there are a lot of activities and events to attend most of which are free admission. The city's largest farmers market is only a few blocks away which carries all local produce, meats and more.

Several restaurants are only a 10-15 minute walk, 5-10 on bike or a short cab ride away. Public transportation is also just around the corner brings you downtown or to the light rail. You're close to all major freeways, convenient should you decide to travel throughout gorgeous Northern California. It's also just a short 10 - 15 minute drive to the Sacramento International Airport. Amtrak is a also a great source of public transportation between cities, the station is only 7 minutes away. We have bikes and long-boards available for guests only.

Need a rental car during your stay? We can help you save some money on a rental. Just let us know when you book a reservation.

In addition, you can reach the Napa/Sonoma wine country, San Francisco, the Marin Headlands or gorgeous Lake Tahoe in 90 minutes.

  • The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our month-long stay. On top of that Jeremy was very helpful in his notes about the house and how to use the technology (TV, PS3 with internet, etc...) which was awesome.
I went jogging a few times around the neighborhood and was able to quickly make it to downtown and other points of interest within 5 minutes in the car.
    Thanks for a fun time!

  • We stayed here for a month! It felt like home during that time. Jeremy was quick to respond when I had a question and was kind and professional. We had 4 people and we all fit, though it was a bit tight. It would be great for 2 or 3. The house is nice and conveniently located. The neighborhood is a mixed bag; nice in two directions and less so in the other two. All in all, if you want a house to yourself near downtown Sacramento, this is an excellent choice and Jeremy is a great host!

  • Relaxed living in lush Land Park was the perfect home away from home that we needed in order to be close to family over the holidays. Overall, the accommodations exceeded my expectations (down to the fresh flowers on the kitchen table). Jeremy was attentive and checked in via phone/text to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again.

  • A cozy, pretty oasis of calm for the mom, godmother, aunt, bridesmaid working hard on the winter wonderland wedding.
A pleasure to come home to!
Super easy to get anywhere to from here and on a pretty tree lined street.
Jeremy was a great host - texting instantly when an already stressed and addled aunt (that's me) set off the alarm - thank you!!!

  • My daughter had just broken up with her boyfriend and was looking for comfortable accommodations in a quiet, and safe neighborhood while getting her bearings. The cottage was absolutely perfect and Jeremy was an extremely accommodating host. She ended up staying a month and the cottage provided everything that she needed. Highly recommend this cottage. We will definitely stay there when we visit my daughter in Sacramento.

  • Comfortable, clean and convenient spot for a visit to Sacramento. Pleasant kitchen, neighborhood amenable to morning run.

  • Jeremy was once again a fantastic host, and we enjoyed staying at his house with our tennis team. Jeremy takes special care to make sure you have everything you need. After our first stay, we had suggested that it would be nice to have a coffeemaker. By the time we returned for our second stay two weeks later, he had already bought on for guests.

  • We rented Jeremy's house for a long weekend with two other friends. Jeremy was a gracious host who warmly showed us the amenities of the house. He had great tips for enjoying his beautiful, quiet neighborhood (like the Sunday Farmer's Market and local food co-op--both of which we thoroughly enjoyed). The house is lovely with beautiful hardwood floors, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. Our highlights were cooking in his small but well equipped kitchen and lounging and chatting around his super-comfy living room. Finally, Jeremy was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process: a perfect Airbnb experience.

  • We loved staying in Jeremy's home! Everything was really clean, the neighborhood was gorgeous, and we loved playing shuffleboard and sleeping in the super comfy bed. Sacramento is such a fun city to explore, thanks Jeremy for the great AirBnB find!

Born and raised in California. Professional business owner. We live part time between Arizona and California. Denise is earning a Masters Degree with Green Mountain College online and travels with me on some of my business trips. My daughter Hunter lives in Mesa, Arizona which is why we spend half our time in Tempe. We like to travel and explore be outdoors; camping, hiking, playing frisbee, golf, mountain climbing or going to concerts. Checking out local pubs, dive bars, food and parks where we can play games or sports. As a guest we often like to bring our own food as we try to eat as healthy and clean as possible, we're pretty quite & laid back. I like to run trails or areas where I stay and visit local places. As a host we are happy to share what we have with you. We make the best effort to create a unique experience and a comfortable stay. We may or may not be able to personally spend time with you during your stay but you're welcome to join us for a meal or out door activities.
