Amazing modern 80m2 apartment located just 70 metres away from the crystal clear waters of the beach of Cala Millor. The apartment has been totally renovated in 2016 and has all the comforts of modern housing. Enjoy majestic sea views and peace!!

The space
The main reason why I recommend our apartment is the location which is undoubtedly the best in the Bay of Cala Millor, with a panoramic 180º view of the beach and the turquoise waters of the sea. Secondly, I would highlight the pristine and perfect condition of the apartment facilities given it has been 100% renovated and modernized during the current 2016. Because it has been totally renovated, has all the comforts of modern housing, such as wooden floors, aluminium windows with double glazing, balcony with glass balustrade, air conditioning and central heating, fully renovated and fully furnished bathroom and kitchen, laundry, flat screen TV in all rooms including the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, etc.The rest of the building and its exterior has also been restored.
The apartment is provided with an alarm and inside there are movement detectors.

In Cala Millor and, just a few meters away from the apartment, you can find a wide range of services and attractions, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, car, motorcycle and bicycle rental, medical services, chemists, shops, souvenirs, etc. On the beach you will find sun loungers, parasols, holiday pedalos, windsurfing, jet skis, padelsurf and many other water sports.
