Lovely bright sunny 2 bedroom apartment as part of a recent barn conversion. Nestled in the country side but conveniently located only 1.5k from New Ross town.
The apartment has two bedrooms - one double room and the second room has double and single bed. One bathroom a spacious lounge and dining area and well equipped kitchen.
This is a really family friendly spot. We have a cot, high chair and boaster, toys, books as well as the playhouse, trampoline, swings and slide in the garden.
You access the apartment via a gated drive way. You will get a clicker with the keys for easy access.
Interaction with guests
We will be here to greet you when you arrive. We live onsite so are close if you should need anything. The apartment is not overlooked, so you will only see us when you arrive and depart, unless you need anything of course.
The south east of Ireland has something for everyone - families, historians, beach goers, naturalist, crafters, shoppers and foodies alike.
Twenty minutes by car will get you to some of the south easts loviest beaches. Duncannon is great for families - calm waters and you can bring your car onto the beach to save the legs from numerous trips back to the car.
There are a number of great parks and playgrounds close by (JFK Memorial Park and Arboretum, Woodstock and Kilmokea Gardens) that the kids will love.
For the foodies, there are some real hidden gems just a short drive from us. Dunbrody House, Mount Juliet and Aldridge Lodge just to name a couple. If your looking for great pub grub, then Mannion's is perfect only 5 minutes in the car.
Historians are well catered for in this part of the world with a number of Abbeys and sites of interest (Tintern Abbey, Dunbrody Abbey and Jerpoint Abbey). The Hook light house and Loftus Hall are great spots to visit. A little further afield, the rock of Cashel is well worth the drive.
We are conveniently located thirty five minutes from Rosslare harbour.
Other things to note
We would hate for any of our guest to be disappointed, so we want to be clear, the apartment is part of a barn conversion and not the whole complex.
There is currently road works being carried out close to the apartment. Intermittently there is heavy machinery working during the day. We want to apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
