Famous Valencia corridor and Mission St loaded with restaurants, clubs and interesting shops. Best burritos in all SF! Corner store 2 min away. Safeway, Walgreens 5 min away. Guest access

Guests can enter whenever they need. Keyless entry. 56 A Patton St. Brown house. Street level door. Door code is 1394. Enter- light switch on right- and go down short stairs. Pass through the very full garage and just before the end go left down a short hallway. Your keys are on the washing machine. Go through the garden and up the cottage stairs.
Your room is first door on the right and has an "A" on it
Bath is first door on the left.
The other guest room is straight ahead and the living room and kitchen are to the left.
Guests have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and beautiful garden. Laundry access. Cable TV and fast wifi. I have tons of info about SF and activities and maps here in the rooms. I live downstairs in a seperate flat. Myself and my co-host Michael make an effort to be as helpful as possible and answer any questions about the space, things to see in SF and how to get around.

Interaction with guests

Guests can arrive whatever time they need. When possible, I enjoy greet ing guests and answer any questions they may have about SF and the local flavor. I work an irregular schedule so aside from introductions interactions may be brief. I can always be contacted by phone and text so am available to answer any questions. Please be considerate of other guests. Air BnB guests have been fabulous so far - so if they like to interact or just need a quiet private space- it all works well.

The neighborhood

This house is one block off Mission St, near vibrant Valencia corridor, Cortland St, and 24th St. Full of Mexican and South American culture and all the innovative and creative flair from people living here from all over the world. We are right at the beginning of the famous Valencia corridor. Awesome restaurants, pubs, and unique arts and shopping opportunities. And I'm 3 blocks from Cortland St which is the renown main drag of Bernal Heights, one of the most interesting areas of San Francisco. If you're a foodie this is a great location. Awesome Holly Park- people and dog park one block away. Little store on the corner, health food market on Cortland, large supermarket and drug store 3 blocks away. Best cycle routes here and it's flat!

Getting around

Public transport links are awesome from here. Access to 280 and 101 super close - best and quickest route to South Bay, Silicon Valley and SFO airport. Lots of parking all around here. Super convienient. Buses 14 and 49 run the length of Mission all the way to Embarcadero (near pier 39) The 24 bus runs straight to the Castro (15 Min) and then continues all across the city to the bay in the Marina area. Muni J line train is 1 block away and goes to castro area connecting with all areas of SF., Dolores park and then downtown or an easy link to a train to Ocean Beach. And BART is very close which the quickest way downtown, to the east bay, south bay and both Oakland and SF airports. There is actually parking all around here. And the freeways 101 and 280 are just on the other side of Bernal - very easy access. SF has great car share programs available.
