The space
This charming and sun-filled three-bedroom, three-bath apartment is available on historic Summit Street in Iowa City. This home is just a six-block walk to downtown Iowa City and all it has to offer, and approximately one mile to Kinnick Stadium. This carefully-restored 1880's home combines the best of historic charm with original yellow pine floors, large windows and architectural features with state-of-the-art amenities, including wifi; tv’s in the living room and each bedroom; wall-mounted units provide heating/cooling adjustable room-by-room with remote control, and three spa-like and sparkling clean bathrooms. The fully-equipped kitchen features a Wolf stove, Bosch fridge and dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and Quartz countertops. The artist-designed wood and iron dining table seats 10. There is plenty of room for group fun, yet charming nooks and crannies for a quiet moment with a book. Off-street parking.
