You can access to your own kitchen, your private bathrooms and a deep knowledge of the city. You won't be a tourist: you'll be the ones who go and visit some friends in a different town.
Interaction with Guests
We love to give our Guests dozen of informations about local restaurants and tips about the city. What's worth a visit, where you shouldn't waste you time. Where you can get a nice meal and where's not. Where have a drink. Where get a drink. Stuff like that.
You can't more downtown than where we are. However, in the evenings the area is very quiet.
Saint Mark Square is far 5 minutes walking. Rialto Bridge a few steps further. You can reach out our favorite museums in less than 15 min.
Very very close to us you can find few banks & ATMs, a coin laundry, a bakery, a pharmacy, few cafés and a nice pastry shop.
You can go and get a ride to Lido and the beaches in 5 minutes and the ride is only 20 min long.
The water-bus stop to north lagoon (Murano, Burano and Torcello) is 10 min far from the house. The same stop is good for the direct water-bus to Venice Airport "Marco Polo".
Other Things to Note

Few and common sense.

- No smoking apartment: it smells and you can not by law
- Turn off lights and appliances when you leave
- Leave the apartment in a presentable state
Great location and very cozy spacious apartment. Very easy access to all places of interest and major waterbus stations. Salvatore was very helpful with places of interest, local restaurants and general information. I highly recommend to stop by and have a fun vacation in Venice.
Salvatore was a great host. He helped us get to the apartment because we arrived late in the day. We had our choices of rooms in the beautiful apartment. The apartment was in the middle of anywhere you wanted to go. It was very close to Rio Alto, San Marco and a vapporetti (water taxi) stop. When i return to Venice i will definitely stay here again. Salvatore also provided us with a map with tons of places to eat. We chose Luna Sentada which was very close to the apartment. It was the best meal we had all trip!
I stayed here with a few of my friends during our break and we loved it! Salvatore and his colleague Filippo were extremely accommodating and gave us many suggestions as to where to visit. We would definitely stay here again. The location was very central and the pictures were accurate.
Did not get a chance to meet Salvatore but he messaged saying his associate Filipo would meet us outside the apartment. Filipo gave us fantastic advice on where to visit in Venice, from museums to the bars and restaurants to visit to avoid the usual tourist traps. Absolutely fantastic accommodation and experience overall! Will definitely stay again next time I visit Venice
This was the perfect apartment for spending a long weekend in Venice! The location was astoundingly central; a 10-15 minute walk from all the main sites, but off of the main street so was nice and quiet in the evening. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely furnished, well-heated (we visited in February) and very clean!
We were shown to the apartment by a friend of Salvatore's, who gave us some very useful advice on how to avoid tourist traps and an extensive list of restaurants and sites. We only had the chance to try two or three of the restaurants, but we found all their recommendations excellent. Salvatore also replied to all our messages promptly, and provided us with a detailed itinerary before we left. We will certainly stay here again if we return to Venice, and would absolutely recommend staying here to friends and family.
A fantastic apartment ... perfectly placed to enjoy a great time in Venice. The apartment had everything we needed and was very handy to restaurants, supermarket and the laundrette.
Our host was really helpful ... he met us there and gave us excellent and very useful information for our visit to Venice.
