Beautiful ground-level, 1-bedroom suite, with private entrance. Other features include:
- 10x12 bedroom (with queen bed & large closet)
- Full bathroom
- Spacious closet in hallway, great for storing luggage/gear
- Living room that features sofa bed (Full) for more sleep space if needed. Large flat screen tv to access Netflix or watch DVDs
- Spacious kitchen & dining area, fully equipped except for dishwasher
- WIFI
- 1 Parking space, vehicle plug-in available during colder months

The space
Beautiful fenced-in backyard space is available for guests to use, knowing that we use this space also. Backyard has a play structure suitable for small children. A large porch swing, with pergola overhead, is also located on the shared deck space, outside of the suite entrance. We have a large, yet very friendly dog, who is great with people and children. However, she does not have access to the backyard space unless we permit her entrance so let us know if you have any issues with dogs and we ensure it is not an issue for you during your stay.

Property is located on greenbelt, with a number of great local trails nearby. Less than a 5-minute walk to a grocery store, pub/eatery, and pilates/yoga studio. There are also a number of playgrounds within walking distance, as well as the Canada Games Centre, which has excellent facilities for public use including pool, waterslide, fully-equipped gym, exercise classes, indoor running track, indoor soccer field, and indoor play space for children.

Less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Whitehorse, with stops for major bus routes (that also go downtown) being less than a 5-minute walk from the suite.

We are mostly available as needed. We both work full-time but are able to reply through AirBnB messaging, text, or phone call relatively promptly during regular business hours. We will be available most evenings (after 6pm) and weekends.
