I have lived in The Old School Building since 2002. I work in Film&TV and have been renting to Actors, Directors, Cast & Crew & many people for over 10 years. I loved my apartment so much that I bought the apartment next door.I own the only 2 duplex apartments in the building and also the only apartments that have GCH & Double Glazing! All the other apartments have electric heating & single glazed windows-not ideal, especially in the winter! Both apartments can be a combined rental - 7 guests!
