The space
Main level offers a queen size bed, a full bathroom with shower as well as a kitchenette with sink, Nespresso Coffee maker, a Breville Smart Oven, and Refrigerator/Freezer drawers.
There is a desk area for working as well as a separate table for enjoying your morning coffee. French doors open out onto the garden and patio area with shared use. Upstairs loft area is the perfect cozy sleeping area for kiddos and adventurous adults with sky lights looking up to the tree tops and a low profile King size mattress.

Guest access
You will have shared access to the backyard patio, grill, and seating area as well as access to a washer and dyer upon request.

Other things to note
Please note that the upstairs loft area has a low profile king sized mattress. The ceiling in this area is low. It is a cozy space with skylights and a place for your belongings. It is important that the guest feels comfortable with climbing the ladder to the loft.
Use of this sleeping area is safe however we can not be held liable for any accidents or injury during your stay.

Neighborhood highlights

Only 2 blocks away is the Kenwood Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with an outdoor seating area. There is also a fabulous independently owned bookstore on that same corner.
We are a block to Kenwood park which has playground and tennis courts and we are just a few short blocks to the walking and biking trails that go around Lake of the Isles and connect into the greater bike trail system that allows you to commute to downtown, and all over south Minneapolis.
