The space
"The Pool Room" at Villa Arcadia is a spacious one-bedroom suite on the first floor, with a private patio adjacent to the shared swimming pool. The room consists of one king bed, SmartTV, air-conditioning, an attached private bathroom with hot water shower and toiletries.

The home is located in the prestigious Pacific Marlin neighborhood overlooking the bay, within walking distance to San Juan del Sur center, and 2 blocks to the beach. One of only three suites, guests are also welcome to relax in the grand living room, take a dip in the shared pool, and relax in the garden area.

Guest access
Private off-street parking is available. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared swimming pool, grand living room, garden, and dining area. The main kitchen is closed to significant meal preparation, however each room is provided with its own microwave and refrigerator and we are happy to provide any tableware you may need.

During your stay
House keeper, grounds keeper, and night watchman for immediate needs and comfort. As much or as little attention as you need, we are here for you!

Other things to note
House policies are enforced for a safe and comfortable experience. To avoid disappointment or misunderstanding, thank you for respecting the following:
- Check In 2pm, Check Out 11am
- The swimming pool closes at 10 pm and the "quiet hours" are from that time.
- For your comfort, A/C is included at night only while you sleep or are resting in the room. Please turn off when you are not in the room and keep doors and windows closed.
- No outside visitors are allowed at any time, no exceptions.
- Smoking only outdoors. Do not burn incense in the room
- The main kitchen is closed to cooking. A private mini-fridge and microwave is provided to each room.
- Villa Arcadia is a luxury property in an exclusive area, not suitable for excessive or noisy parties.

PLEASE NOTE: After you confirm your reservation you will receive a welcome email with a map-link, written directions, and a photo of the exterior of the house. *Please read and save prior to coming.* For general reference, we are located in the Pacific Marlin neighborhood, apx 200m past El Pacifico Hotel and 400m before the Statue of Christ. Please be sure you understand your directions before you are on the way.
