In the downtown half of Manhattan on the east side is my adorable one-bedroom apt. Walking within 15 to everywhere! Centrally located. Grocery and pharmacy across the street! 7-10 min walk to the subway. Globally decorated elegant bohemian style a lot of plants and a whimsical feel. Spacious and sunny, full-size new memory foam bed, living room area, kitchen, and bathroom with tub and shower. Everything you need to visit the fabulous NYC!

Only one flight of stairs up. On the 2nd floor. Cosy one bedroom apt with kitchen and bathroom. TOLIET area is small, there is a washer machine in the bathroom.
Available drawers for clothes in bedroom as well as hanging wardrobe.
Full of plants and global good energy :)

Grand central Station, Empire State Building, east river, Flatiron district, Union Square. Uptown and downtown just a 20 min walk or subway ride away. Very centrally located!
