Welcome to your cozy retreat in Brandon! This private guest suite within my home features its own entrance, comfortable bed, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, and dedicated workspace.

Conveniently located 20–25 minutes from downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, and University of South Florida. Ideal for solo travelers, professionals, and guests seeking a clean, peaceful stay.

The space
The space features a comfortable bed with fresh linens, a private bathroom, and thoughtful amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, and dedicated workspace. Guests can also enjoy a small private outdoor sitting area perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Conveniently located approximately 20–25 minutes from downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, and University of South Florida (depending on traffic), with easy access to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and major highways.

This suite is best suited for solo travelers, professionals, travel nurses, couples, and guests looking for a clean, cozy, and peaceful home-away-from-home experience.

Please note this is a guest suite within a lived-in home, so occasional household noise, including our friendly dog or the home’s AC system, may occasionally be heard.

Guest access
Guest will have their own bedroom and private bathroom. There is no access to other parts of the home. For your convenience there is a mini fridge, keureg and microwave in the room.

Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM to help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

The home has central AC and is typically maintained between 68–72°F for guest comfort. Temperatures are centrally controlled, and the AC system may occasionally be heard.

As common in Florida, humidity and occasional outdoor insects may be present despite routine cleaning and pest control.

This is a private guest suite within a lived-in home, so occasional household noise may be heard, including our friendly dog.

No smoking, parties, hot plates, or cooking appliances permitted.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
